Waivers that don't hold up the line.

Families sign on their own phone before they get there, or on a kiosk in the lobby. At the door, staff find them by name or scan the pass. Works on its own, or alongside everything else here.

The waivers screen for staff: look up a signer, scan a pass, export, or start a signing
Under development

Being built now, with Neville Roller Drome as the first rink. These are the real screens, not mockups.

Sign from anywhere

A QR code on a poster by the door, a link on your website, a link in a party invitation, or a tablet in the lobby set up as a kiosk.

One pass for the whole family

One parent signs for themselves and every child with them, and gets a pass by email.

Found in seconds

Staff type a first or last name, the parent's or a child's, or the last four digits of a phone number. Or scan the pass.

Ages at the door

The check-in screen shows every name on the waiver with an age, so a twelve-year-old signing as the parent stands out.

Signed means signed

A signed waiver is never edited or deleted. Corrections are added as notes, and every change is logged with who made it.

Your wording

Your rink supplies the waiver text, approved by your attorney. Change it any time; each version is kept with the waivers signed under it.

Internet down?

Print paper waivers from the same screen to keep at the desk.

Export any time

Every waiver signed between two dates, in a spreadsheet that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Exports are logged.
